  • What is the SecretRF Treatment?
Secret RF treatment is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that combines microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy. It works by delivering RF energy directly into the deeper layers of the skin through tiny, controlled micro-needles. This dual action stimulates collagen and elastin production while tightening the skin, improving its texture, tone, and firmness.
  • What skin concerns can microneedling help improve?
This advanced treatment is designed to address a wide range of skin concerns, helping you achieve healthier, more radiant skin. Fine Lines and Wrinkles: Reduces visible signs of aging for a smoother, more youthful complexion. Acne Scars: Diminishes the appearance of acne scars, revealing clearer, more even skin. Hyperpigmentation: Corrects uneven skin tones for a more uniform complexion. Sun Damage: Addresses the effects of sun exposure, restoring your skin's natural glow. Fine Lines and Wrinkles: Reduces visible signs of aging for a smoother, more youthful complexion. Uneven Skin Texture: Refines the surface of your skin, improving overall texture and smoothness.
  • What is the difference between basic microneedling and SecretRF?
The key difference between microneedling and Secret RF lies in the addition of radiofrequency (RF) energy. Microneedling: How it works: Creates tiny micro-injuries in the skin using fine needles to stimulate natural collagen and elastin production. Primary benefits: Improves skin texture, reduces fine lines, acne scars, and hyperpigmentation, and enhances overall skin tone. Depth of treatment: Primarily treats the surface and mid-layers of the skin. Best for: Addressing mild to moderate skin concerns, improving texture, and promoting a radiant appearance. Secret RF: How it works: Combines microneedling with RF energy delivered into deeper layers of the skin via the microneedles. The RF energy generates heat, stimulating collagen production and skin tightening from within. Primary benefits: In addition to improving skin texture, it targets deeper skin layers to tighten skin, reduce scars, and address more advanced aging concerns. Depth of treatment: Penetrates deeper into the skin, offering more comprehensive results. Best for: Treating fine lines, deeper wrinkles, acne scars, sagging skin, stretch marks, and overall skin tightening.
  • How does microneedling work?
Microneedling works by creating tiny, controlled micro-injuries in the skin using a specialized device called the SkinPen. These micro-injuries stimulate the skin’s natural healing process, triggering the production of collagen and elastin. This helps repair damaged skin, reduce fine lines, scars, and improve texture and tone, revealing smoother, healthier skin.
  • What does it mean to have PRP added to microneedling?
Adding PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) to microneedling enhances the treatment by utilizing your body’s natural growth factors to accelerate healing and amplify results. Here’s how it works and why it’s beneficial: What is PRP? PRP is derived from your blood. A small sample is drawn, then spun in a centrifuge to separate the plasma rich in platelets, growth factors, and healing proteins. This concentrated PRP is applied during or after microneedling. How does PRP enhance microneedling? Boosts Collagen Production: PRP stimulates even more collagen and elastin growth, enhancing the skin's firmness and elasticity. Speeds Healing: The growth factors in PRP accelerate the skin’s natural healing process, reducing downtime. Enhances Results: It improves the reduction of fine lines, wrinkles, scars, and uneven tone or texture. Hydrates and Revitalizes: PRP promotes cell turnover, improving skin's overall hydration and radiance. Why combine PRP with microneedling? The microchannels created by microneedling allow the PRP to penetrate deeply into the skin, optimizing absorption and effectiveness. This combination is often called the "vampire facial," known for delivering glowing, youthful skin. Adding PRP to microneedling takes this already effective treatment to the next level, providing faster and more dramatic improvements in skin health and appearance.

Yes, when administered by a qualified and experienced professional, Botox and fillers are safe and effective. We use FDA-approved products for all treatments.
  • What's the difference between a lip flip and lip filler?
A lip flip uses Botox to relax the muscles around the lips, causing the upper lip to gently "flip" outward for a fuller appearance. It enhances the natural lip shape without adding volume and is ideal for subtle results. Lip filler, like Juvéderm, involves injecting dermal filler into the lips to add volume, shape, and definition. It provides more noticeable and customizable enhancement, perfect for those seeking a plumper, more defined look.
  • What's the difference between Botox and fillers?
Botox and fillers serve different purposes in facial rejuvenation. Botox relaxes facial muscles to reduce the appearance of dynamic wrinkles, such as crow’s feet and frown lines. Fillers, like Juvéderm, restore volume, enhance facial contours, and smooth static wrinkles, such as nasolabial folds. Both can be combined for a comprehensive treatment.
  • What are the differences between the Juvéderm products?
Juvéderm offers a range of dermal fillers designed to address specific concerns. Here’s a breakdown of their uses: Juvéderm Ultra Plus: Adds volume and smooths deeper wrinkles, such as nasolabial folds, for a more youthful appearance. Juvéderm Skinvive: Hydrates and improves skin quality for a refreshed, radiant look. Juvéderm Volux: Enhances and defines the jawline for a sculpted, contoured appearance. Juvéderm Vollure XC: Softens moderate to severe wrinkles and folds, such as laugh lines, while maintaining natural movement. Juvéderm Voluma XC: Restores volume to the cheeks and mid-face for a lifted and youthful contour. Juvéderm Volbella: Enhances lips and smooths fine lines around the mouth for subtle, natural-looking results. Each product is tailored to meet specific aesthetic goals, ensuring natural, long-lasting outcomes.
  • Aftercare for Dermal Fillers
After getting dermal fillers, redness, swelling, bruising, and tenderness around the injection site are common reactions. These symptoms usually subside after a few days but can last up to a week. Avoid touching or rubbing the area for at least 6 hours. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours. Avoid strenuous exercise and heat exposure, including saunas and hot tubs, for 48 hours. Do not have any other treatments on the face or mouth for at least 2 weeks. Avoid aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for 5 days. Use a cold compress and Tylenol every 4–6 hours to reduce swelling, soreness, and discomfort. Avoid direct sunlight and always wear SPF 30+. Use a gentle cleanser and antiseptic cream as suggested by your provider.
  • Pre-Dermal Filler Instructions
2 weeks before Avoid dental procedures. This includes cleaning. You will also need to avoid dental procedures 2 weeks post-filler procedure. 7–10 days before Avoid taking blood thinners. This includes Aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen, Advil, Motrin, Nuprin, Aleve, Celebrex, Fish Oil, Gingko Biloba, St. John’s Wort, and high doses of Vitamin E. 7–10 days before Discontinue prescription blood thinners. If you are taking prescription blood thinners (for example, Coumadin or Plavix), check with your prescribing doctor to see if you are able to stop these medicines for 7–10 days before your appointment and at least 2 days after the procedure. Other considerations: Do not schedule special events or exercise for 24–48 hours after you receive your dermal filler injections. Bruising and swelling will be the worst during this time! 1 hour before Take Tylenol. Take one hour before your appointment if you have concerns about discomfort. Cold Sores? If you have a history of Herpes Simplex (cold sores) on your face, inform your doctor one week prior to your appointment. This will allow us adequate time to prescribe a medication to prevent an outbreak.

Here’s a general guideline: Forehead lines: 10-30 units Frown lines (11s): 15-20 units Crow's feet: 10-12 units per eye A consultation with one of our experienced providers is essential to determine the precise amount for optimal, natural-looking results.
  • Are Botox and fillers safe?

  • SecretRF
Basic SecretRF | $750 SecretRF with PRP | $1100 SecretRF Scar Treatment $350/ 15mins SecretRF for Stretch Marks $500/ 15 mins
